For the first time in Russia, the book, which in simple terms: <Q & A> tells all about the modern vegetarianism in Russia and abroad. Author: Kalanov Nikolai Alexandrovich - President of the Eurasian Vegetarian Society (EBG)
Russian society does not know anything about the world and Russian vegetarian movement, the medical aspects of vegetarianism, vegetarians of modern life. All the years of Soviet power it are distorted, negative information about vegetarianism. And now modern Russian citizen to obtain such information from virtually nowhere.
Goal that put the author of the book, to show that vegetarianism - a moral way of life, which is inherent in non-violence, compassion and spirituality. That vegetarianism - a way of life, which improves the physical, mental and spiritual health, creates a healthy habitat, formed the need for a healthy lifestyle, promotes humane attitudes toward nature and wildlife.
